We will not send you unwanted e-mail messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to any organisation beyond Citizens Advice without your explicit permission except in cases where they are shared with contractors or agents to provide quality-of-advice auditing.

Citizens Advice complies with and is registered under the Data Protection act in the United Kingdom and takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data.

Citizens Advice people and those working for agents or contractors of Citizens Advice are responsible for keeping your information confidential and will only use it to provide advice and associated quality-of-advice auditing.

The details that we use to provide our services (for example your name, telephone number, address), as well as any information collected from you while you are using this website, will not be passed to any organisation beyond Citizens Advice to be used for marketing purposes.

Right of Access to Your Citizens Advice Information

If you want to know exactly what personal information Citizens Advice holds on you please contact us. If it transpires that the information held is inaccurate, we will make the necessary amendments and confirm to you that these have been made. Please write to the following address, enclosing a cheque for the administration fee of £10 made payable to Citizens Advice under the terms of the Data Protection Act.
